   Project tasks with generic resources assigned are displaying tasks in the calendar of the “Assignment Owner” as “All Day” events. Can this be turned off?

   All assignments, where the current user is the assignment owner but not the resource itself are always displayed as All Day events to distinguish them from tasks of the actual user.
   
   Changing this behaviour would require changing the underlying functionality.
   Consider using the following option, or any others that remove the assignments from being available in your Tasks page:
   
   Set Publihed = No in Project client
   Set Booking type to proposed
   Change assignment owner
   
   Would any of those options work for you?
