   For a particular user I see the following exception in the Allocatus Server Log:
   
   Failed to read an element in the mailbox of the user username. The error returned from the server was: Recurrence has no occurrences in the specified range.

   you can use a version of Allocatus higher than 3.7.7505 that ignores recurring appointments, please contact support@allocatus.com for further details.
