   Install the Allocatus Add-In for Microsoft Project, assign resource with their e-mail addresses in Microsoft Project and publish the plan to Allocatus. Allocatus will ask for permission to write the Outlook Calendar through Microsoft 365 and once a team member agrees she/he will see the appointments in their calendar.
