How do I grant Allocatus Server access to Exchange mailboxes?

    I've installed Allocatus Server and configured to access Exchange Server. I'm receiving the following error message: An attempt to access the mailbox of the user Domain\UserName was not successful. The service account does not have the permissions required to access the mailbox.What's wrong?

    Allocatus requires Reviewer permission on mailbox root as well as Editor permission on Calendar and Task Folder. If Allocatus does not have the appropriate permissions it will send out an e-mail to each invidividual user in order to grant the permissions to his/her mailbox.

    If permission are correct, please check the configured authentication method in Allocatus Server Configuration for Exchange matches the configured authentication method for virtual directory exchange in Exchange Server (see also thread: Allocatus Server cannot connect to Exchange Server).
