   I've configured Allocatus Server to sync tasks in Microsoft Project with Outlook
   appointments. It work great, but for one user I see in the log file: Tasks found
   in task folder with field BillingInformation not empty. I asked the user to
   delete the tasks and now the sync works. What happened?

   Allocatus uses the field Billing Information to identify those items that are in sync with Project Server. If you change the sync from tasks to appointments Allocatus checks if tasks are left in the task folder and vice versa. This is required to identify if items need to be migrated from the task folder to calendar or vice versa. To avoid any data loss Allocatus stops the sync for a user with have old items left.
