   Hello,
   
   Microsoft Project Server and Project Online can send email notifications, this works also with Outlook. However if you are using Project only on your PC those are not available. But in this case Allocatus could be the right solution for you. By syncing your and/or your team members' tasks to your Outlook calendar you can utilize Outlook's reminders to keep track of what is going on in your project.
